Favorites Well I guess I sould say my favorites:
Year of the Gentleman- Part of the List ( listening to now). I love this song, it is Beautiful, the vocals, the aoustic guitar, the LYRICS (oh my). Beautiful words, and passionate. I listen to this on my iPod while going to sleep at nite.
Actually, I just love the entire album honestly; i have not been able to say that ever.

In My Own Words- (The whole thing) And I love the very first single "Stay" I didn't felt that way when I first heard it but it's good music. But honestly, So Sick made me a Ne-Yo fan. I loved the song when I first heard it and I didn't even remember that he was the same artist that song "Stay".
Talented brother is all I can say. I hope that we meet again, and hopefully next time I will actually speak to you insted of just blowing you a kiss. But then again it worked, I blew a kiss and you hugged me (SCREAM) !
Good Music This is funny so I just wanted to share. Last year when my aunt was in Walmart and she heard "Can We Chill" on the radio, she came back and was like, "Did yall know Michael Jackson had a new song out". And last month, my mother was in the car with my sister and "Nobody" was playing and my mom said, " I didn't know Michael Jackson got a new song out". It was so funny to me that both my mom(50yrs) and my aunt(48yrs) thought that Ne-Yo was Michael Jackson. They are a part of the older crowd but good music is universal to the ear.

I love this CD All the tracks on this CD are my favs. I really love So u can cry. I found a song online called Breaking up. It says that it is from this CD but it is not on it, however i wish it was cause it is brilliant!!XOXOX!
Some of my faves form this CD Nobody is my hype jam! Why does she stay is a song that I hope my ex listens to while crying at night over me Single gets me in my own world So you can cry makes me do just that... I love Mad as well.

Amazing! This album is by far my best purchase of last year! There isn't 1 bad song on this album & I have been raving about it to everyone & their granny since I got it!
Closer is my fave but I'm loving 'Nobody' and 'Part of the List' (altho my cousin did think the line 'It's your left and and the way that it's not quite as big as your right' was actually 'It's your left hand and the way that's it's not quite as big as your eye'.... & she wondered why it didn't make sense!)

Late but true! I just realized that I hadn't commented on what I think of the album. From th etime I bought it on 09/17/08, I ran home and listened to it and haven't been able to stop. The only day that this album isn't played in my head is on Sundays. I love every single song but I must say that PART OF THE LIST is my overall favorite (I love I the invading your space line), LIE TO ME, comes in second and this is one that I really didn't love instantaneously but after listening closely to the lyrics I was blown away. I love th MJ immitation in the second verse, that desperately has gotten under my skin... STOP THIS world is undoubtedly, my wedding song the second verse of that is just too beautiful..i love from "I HOPE THAT SHE CAN SEE THROUGH THE SMOKE OF MY IMPERFECTIONS INTO MY SOUL." That is just brilliant! MAD is an example of how I live and I love that one as well.. I hope you sweep all grammys that you're nominated for Keep making timelessly classic music and I'll be here to partake!

Breath of Fresh Air I am a 37 yr old wife and mother of two and I absolutely LOVE this cd! There's not a track I don't like. I like how you tell a story and not afraid to tell it from a man's point of view. "Part of The List" will definitely go to #1 if you release this as a single. I think it will also bring over new fans to your base.

Ne-Yo, You are so great! I really love this album. I was in town with my friends one day and went into the music shop and saw your album was out and squeaked really loudly and everyone looked at me, which was quite embarrasing. Haha. Anyway, I love how all your songs on all your albums are so meaningful and have real tunes. Most popular songs these days have about 3 notes repeated over and over and go something like "Ooh. He's sexy.. I want hiim." and that's about it. I know you have alot of songs about sex, but they're all so touching and lovley, with a deeper meaning. You're such a breath of fresh air from all the shallow songs we keep being given. I love your music, you have a great voice and you are THE KING OF LYRICS. And the king of intros. I have no idea why, but I LOVE your intros. I can just listen to the first few seconds of your songs over and over and never get bored. Maybe I'm just strange.
Anyway, Thank you for this AMAZING album. I am addicted to it. I love your songs and how they actually mean something, and have a deeper message or meaning. Which sounds weird, but I'm sure you know what I mean.
My favourite on this album has to be "So you can cry" I love this song SO FREAKING MUCH! When I first got the album, I put it on my iPod and listened to this song over and over and over on repeat. I listened to it on the bus to school, at breaktime and lunch, on the way home, when I got home, When I went to bed, before I went to sleep... ou get the idea. It's such a beautiful song. I love how it could be to anyone about anyway. It's so touching. =] I love how it it sort of saying, I don't think you should waste your time crying, but it's your choice so I'll help you if that's what you want. If you know what I mean.

Just wanted to say that I've been waiting for the release of this album ever since I heard you sing "Stop This World" on All My Children, at Angie and Jesse's wedding. It was the perfect song choice for that moment.
I bought the CD as soon as the store opened and it's the only one I've listened to since. All the tracks are hot and I've told everyone I know to go out and get it!
